Table tents are some of the easiest signage to set up. It’s as simple as folding the tents along each of the three scored lines, then interlocking the two die-cut slits. That’s it! You’re ready to place your tent card on a table, reception desk or anywhere it best suits your needs.
We offer several paper types for our table tents. As a rule of thumb, the thicker the paper, the more rigid and durable will be the tent card.
• 100 lb Gloss Cover: Typically seen in use for covers of trade magazines and product catalogues, while thinner than our 14 PT cardstock options, 100lb Gloss boasts durability and economy, without the sacrifice of quality. Table tents made from this paper weight are most often used for seasonal promotions and offers, however can last for several months or longer with proper care and maintenance.
• 14PT Coated: This is a common weight for cardstock, coated on each side and more durable than our 100lb Gloss Cover. It is often seen in the production of business cards, postcards and rigid posters. Its gloss coating offers both added durability and brilliant color accuracy for its ability to retain inks. It’s the perfect option for table tents intended for year-round use.
• 14PT Uncoated: As with 14pt Coated, the uncoated version of this paper weight is a common form of cardstock, with a natural finish as opposed to gloss. The result is an elegant, linen-like texture, sure to impress guests to any event, restaurant or venue.
To keep cards crisp and free of bending, avoid transporting cards in tight pockets for an extended period of time. If cards come in contact with liquid, dry each individual card with a hand towel or napkin, removing all visible moisture. We recommend keeping your cards in the original shipping box which is designed to prevent this kind of damage.
